Trans Tape is a disposable, waterproof, and sweat-proof compression item used for chest binding and tucking. For chest binding, it is safe to sleep and swim in and can be worn for multiple days in a row before the adhesive wears off. For tucking, it is safe to swim in and can handle about three bathrooms breaks before the adhesive begins to wear.
Sizing: 4” rolls are typically best for A-C cup sizes, whereas 5” rolls are typically best for C+ cups. Some folks may even pair a large roll with a smaller roll to help smooth out applications. 5” rolls are recommended if you are using trans tape to tuck.
