Everything in the shop is FREE and you do not need to provide any credit card information!

ITEM LIMITS: We provide up to three items of gender-affirming gear per person, per year. Specific item limits are listed on product pages. 

• Why? We’re a small community organization with a limited budget and unstable funding. We want to reach as many people as possible, now and in the future. When choosing your items, please consider your current needs and access to resources. This project is a form of collective and community care that we’re all a part of.

ORDERING FOR YOU AND/OR SOMEONE ELSE: If you are ordering more than 3 items for yourself and someone else, please add that as a NOTE during checkout. School counsellors, teachers, care workers, and support people are welcome to place an order on behalf of someone else; please add that as a NOTE during checkout.

FOR ORDERS ON THE HALIFAX PENINSULA AND SURROUNDING AREA: If you’re unable to pickup your order, we can provide local drop-off on the Halifax Peninsula and the surrounding area (like Fairview, Clayton Park, and Spryfield). This helps us save on shipping costs. Please include any instructions about dropping off packages as a NOTE during checkout.

IF YOU DON’T SEE WHAT YOU NEED: We try to keep a variety of sizes, colours, and products in our inventory or available to order. There are some items that aren’t always in our inventory due to suppliers, cost, and sizing, and sometimes an item is out of stock. If you don’t see what you need here, please reach out to us at transformationclosetshns@gmail.com. We can make sure that we put an item aside for you when we receive our next shipment, or order in something that meets your needs. We will always try our best to source an item within our budget that works for you! Some examples of items that we have provided on special order are: wigs, pocket bras, and breast forms.
