Everything in the shop is FREE and you do not need to provide any credit card information!

If you place an order for pick-up, you will need to provide an address in the “Billing Information” section to complete the check-out process. Your order will not be shipped to that address, and you don’t need to provide your own address.

Please respect the limit of 3 items per year! To stay within our operating budget and to reach as many people as possible, we provide up to three items of gender-affirming gear per person, per year. If you are placing an order for yourself and someone else, please add that as a note in your order.

For school counsellors, teachers, care workers, and support people: You are welcome to place an order on behalf of someone else. Please add that as a note in your order.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for: We try to keep a variety of sizes, colours, and products in our inventory or available to order. There are some items that aren’t always in our inventory due to suppliers, cost, and sizing, like pocket bras and breast forms. If you don’t see what you need here, please reach out to us at transformationclosetshns@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill all requests, but we will always try our best to source an item that works for you!
