Everything in the shop is FREE and you do not need to provide any credit card information.

When checking out, you do need to provide a NAME and ADDRESS in the billing section. This doesn’t need to be your legal name. Please use the name you want to receive emails/packages addressed to.

Orders usually take around 2-4 weeks to be processed.

SHIPPING VS. PICKUPS: Please consider planning to pick up your order if possible!

For people in HRM, picking up your order at the Halifax Sexual Health Centre is the fastest way to get your order. Pickups really help us save time and money (so we can spend more on gear!)

ITEM LIMITS: We provide up to 3 items of gender-affirming gear per person, per year. Specific item limits are listed on product pages.

We’re a small community organization with a limited budget and unstable funding. We want to reach as many people as possible, now and in the future, and help fill the gaps in gender-affirming care faced by trans, non-binary and gender diverse folks. When choosing your items, please consider your current needs and access to resources. This project is a form of collective and community care that we’re all a part of.

ORDERING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE:

If you are ordering more than 3 items because it’s for more than one person (for example, for you and a friend, or for multiple students), please add that as a NOTE during checkout.

We can put the item aside for you when we receive our next shipment, or order something specific that meets your needs. 

We try to keep a variety of products, sizes, and colours in our inventory or available to order. Some items aren’t always in our inventory due to suppliers, cost, space, and timing. We will always try our best to source an item within our budget that works for you!
